Anima Nova visits BELE

Last Friday, Pal Molnar and Hans -Peter Bestehorn, Anima Nova visited BELE.

We had a demostration of the Anima Nova, the adjustable carbon fiber sounpost on a cello and a viola. Playing the instruments we had , Itziar Basagoiti, Itziar  Atutxa, Rosa Gutierrez and Marina Barredo, teachers from the J.C.Arriaga Conservatory.

The length of the soundpost can be adjusted quickly and very preciselly without having to take it out of the instruments. This makes it very easy to sense the changes on sound and playability of the instrument.
